I had a cramped room, but the shower was super noisy and poorly designed.

secure parking, spacious single room, proximity to Silverdome
The rooms feature very small workspaces!!! why use open cables running between levels? Please consider providing bottled water and tea in the rooms, as coffee without tea feels a bit cheap!!!

Sweet as stay but those plastic glasses in the room were a bit dodge. The air conditioning was a lifesaver, though! we had a good night's sleep.

The staff was incredibly friendly and went out of their way to help me during my stay.
The shower floor had poor structure, causing water to almost overflow from the shower room, which was quite inconvenient.

The food was great, especially breakfast! 🍳 The staff worked hard to make us happy, though options ran low some evenings. A little more food variety would be nice next time.

lekker stay in Zoetermeer! 🍳
Really surprised how good it was! The staff were super friendly and attentive, and the brekkie was lekker with freshly made omelettes and salmon. Our room was nice and quiet, and we had all we needed!
It was a bit isolated next to a train line, but honestly, didn't bother us much.

A good fit for a weekend vacation in Zoetermeer with nice price-quality ratio. The hotel staff were friendly and explained how to use the coffee machine clearly, which was really helpful. Make sure to check out the nearby shopping center.

Close to friends and comfy stay
Spent 5 nights here. The staff were super friendly and helped me with everything I needed. Loved how close it was to my friends. The room was okay but kinda cramped. Only had packed lunches from the bar, which were decent, but it’s a bit annoying they use plastic glasses in the room.

great stay but room lighting could improve
The room I stayed in had a modern design and really comfortable beds, making it easy to relax after a day out. The complimentary secure parking was a highlight, along with the convenient location near a McDonald's, perfect for late-night snacks. I also appreciated the nearby public parking with electric car charges, which made our visit stress-free. Staying here allowed us to explore easily.
The lighting in the room felt a bit dim for practical use.

The spacious rooms had cozy beds and were surprisingly quiet. I was impressed by the helpfulness of the staff throughout my stay.

missingWrote a review on Jun 11complimentary parkingfriendly staffallergen information issueroom neglectbreakfast management
Parking is complimentary and convenient, with easy access to the train station and highway. While the breakfast was decent, allergen information was poorly managed, leading to a serious health scare due to a lack of awareness from the staff. The room showed signs of neglect, such as black mold and a peeling ceiling, but I was moved to a better room after alerting the reception. The friendliness of the housecleaning staff was a redeeming factor throughout my stay.

had a really nice stay! the deluxe twin room was comfy, nice beds and good bathroom. parking was free and right next to mcdonald's. even found places to charge our e-cars, super handy!
the staff could've been a bit more attentive and breakfast was ok but could use more options. overall felt a bit rushed during meal times.
